Our portal currently supports uploading one PDF at a time. If you have multiple documents to submit — such as insurance cards, lab results, or medical records — you will need to combine them into a single PDF file before uploading. Follow the instructions below for your device.

Uploading your combined PDF

Once you have your single combined PDF ready, head to your profile page to upload it:

How to combine PDFs into one file

1. On a Mac

Using Preview (Built-In — No Download Required)

Preview is the free PDF viewer that comes pre-installed on every Mac. It can merge PDFs in just a few steps.

  1. Open your first PDF in Preview by double-clicking the file.
  2. Open the Thumbnails sidebar by going to View → Thumbnails in the menu bar.
  3. Drag additional PDFs into the thumbnails panel. Position them below or above existing pages to control the order.
  4. Save the combined file by selecting File → Export as PDF…, then choose a name and location and click Save.

💡 Tip: You can reorder pages in the thumbnails panel before saving by dragging individual page thumbnails up or down.

2. On a PC (Windows)

Option A: Using Microsoft Edge (Built-In — No Download Required)

Windows 10 and 11 include Microsoft Edge, which can print multiple PDFs into a single file using the built-in PDF printer.

  1. Open your first PDF in Microsoft Edge (right-click the file and choose Open with → Microsoft Edge).
  2. Press Ctrl + P to open the Print dialog.
